Job Title:  Loan Administration Assistant

Status:  Part-Time 10 to 12 HRS per week

Location: Dundee

Department: Loan Administration

 

Role Abstract

 

The Loan Admin Assistant will provide support to Dundee Bank loan administration team for loan file maintenance and organization by means of scanning and filing loan documentation.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare loan files to be imaged
  • Upload imaged loan files to bank server and appropriately index
  • File new loans in file cabinets; reorganize files as needed
  • Perform tracking maintenance on existing loan files
  • Complete biannual property tax report
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • 1 year(s) experience interacting with people or customers
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills

  • Clerical and filing experience
